No, I did not draw this. It is a digitally manipulated photo. I keep playing with a picture until I get some effect I like. Since I'm going from one effect to another rather quickly I can never exactly repeat what I've done.

Wish I could draw, but that's not my talent.

For my photos I use Picassas. It's free, and, for my purposes, it does enough.
