Haiku

                                                     
                                                                                ice floes
                                                                                stop and go traffic
                                                                                on the river road


                                                                               frigid temps
                                                                               the radiator's soft ping
                                                                               in the night


                                                                               spring thaw
                                                                               that dirt road
                                                                               going nowhere still
